Ground Shipping is free for diprimashoes.com customers in the United States on orders of $150 and above. 

Note: We do not pay for return shipping.

Orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

 

If an item is out of stock or will be delayed, we will inform you of the expected delivery date or availability. 

Unless specifically requested by our customer, we do not require a signature upon delivery. We cannot guarantee that UPS will leave a package without a signature, as the final decision on whether it is safe to leave a package falls to the individual UPS driver.
