      RETURN POLICY

    • No returns without original shoe box.
    • No returns with shoe box taped or marred.
    • No returns unless original shoe box is shipped in outer carton.
    • No returns on merchandise not in original, resellable condition.

    • Returns must be received back 15 days from the date it was received.
    • Items must be unworn, with original tags/box/labels.
    • All Clearance items are Final Sale
    • All items must be in original, unworn, resellable condition. Shoes that have been worn will not be refunded.
    • Merchandise with manufacturing defects will be refunded at our discretion. 
    • Please use an outer carton to ship back returns. Include a copy of your packing slip/order confirmation. 
    • We do not offer exchanges, instead we ask that you place a new order.
    • We are NOT responsible for the cost of shipping and handling for returns. 
    • We are not able to process refunds until we have received your shipment and assessed items.
    • If requesting a return label. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
