Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
- No returns without original shoe box.
- No returns with shoe box taped or marred.
- No returns unless original shoe box is shipped in outer carton.
- No returns on merchandise not in original, resellable condition.

- Returns must be received back 15 days from the date it was received.
- Items must be unworn, with original tags/box/labels.
- All Clearance items are Final Sale
- All items must be in original, unworn, resellable condition. Shoes that have been worn will not be refunded.
- Merchandise with manufacturing defects will be refunded at our discretion.
- Please use an outer carton to ship back returns. Include a copy of your packing slip/order confirmation.
- We do not offer exchanges, instead we ask that you place a new order.
- We are NOT responsible for the cost of shipping and handling for returns.
- We are not able to process refunds until we have received your shipment and assessed items.
- If requesting a return label. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
